Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of auratrend.online and any services offered by AuraTrend ("we", "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

AuraTrend acts as a broker connecting brands with vetted creators, influencers and professional on-site production crews. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for any campaign are agreed separately in a proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between AuraTrend and the brand.

2. Brand engagements

• Submitting a booking or contact form does not, on its own, create a binding agreement.
• A campaign begins once scope, pricing and deliverables have been confirmed in writing.
• Payment terms will be specified in the relevant proposal or invoice.

3. Creator applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection for any campaign.
• Creators selected for a campaign will receive a separate brief and, where applicable, compensation terms before any content is produced.
• Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information and portfolio links they submit.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content usage rights, licensing and ownership for any given campaign are set out in that campaign's specific agreement between the brand, the creator and AuraTrend.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it using automated means in a way that disrupts normal operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

6. Limitation of liability

AuraTrend facilitates connections between brands and creators but is not liable for content produced by third-party creators or production crews beyond the terms explicitly agreed in a given campaign contract. Our site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Tunisia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
